i found the hotel staff very helpful. the location worked well (i walked to nearby shops). the room was clean and well-kept. a luggage bench in the room was helpful to keep my suitcase organized and tidy.
the tv connection in my room was not working properly, a little frustrating during downtime.

the location is divine, nestled close to all the vibrant spots. the team welcomed me with such warmth. the delectable food brought such joy to my heart!!!
i noticed a very minor issue with the coffee machine, but it was quickly addressed.

the breakfast was acceptable and had sufficient options.
the room was not very clean on arrival, this included urine stains around the toilet. i had requested certain room arrangements several times before arriving and again at check in, i still had to ask again the next day. the gym equipment appears old.
